Roxanne Strike, MPH
A career built around finding the story and understanding the larger systems at play to create meaningful, justice-driven action.
I am a healthcare communications and thought-leadership strategist with more than 15 years of experience translating complex issues into credible narratives, trusted executive platforms and measurable communications outcomes.
My career began in journalism, where I learned to identify what matters, ask better questions and understand how people use information. I later applied those skills to public affairs, advocacy campaigns, healthcare associations and national healthcare communications.
Today, I help organizations and leaders connect their expertise with media, industry and business audiences. My work includes executive positioning, national earned media, conference speaking, awards and recognition, stakeholder relationships, campaign strategy and AI-enabled communications operations.
I hold a Master of Public Health focused on health justice and social drivers of health. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership, examining the relationship between higher education, community systems and public health.
Across each role, my focus remains consistent: understand the larger challenge, develop the right narrative and connect communications work to outcomes that matter.
